Conditions

• Management reserve the rights of admission and the continued use of the facility.
• Anyone obviously under the influence of alcohol/drugs will not be allowed to participate.
• Management is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings due to theft/fire or any other loss which occurs.
• Nobody under the age of 11 is allowed to participate.

Declaration

• The game is physically and mentally intense and may require extreme exertion to play.
• The game can be dangerous if not played in accordance with the stated rules which I will be advised of before I play.
• Paintball impact may result in bruising or broken skin.
• The possibility of injury to myself and others exists.
• The game is played on uneven ground that may be muddy and or slippery.

• I am at least 8 years of age (if playing 'Low Impact Paintball'), or I am over 11 years of age and in year 7 or above (if playing 'Regular Paintball').
• I am fully aware of the risk to myself and others involved in the paintball games and that I will not in any circumstances deliberately shoot anyone in the face or head.
• I am physically fit and mentally able to take the strain and exertion involved in playing the game.
• I will comply with all Paintball Raiders game rules and use the equipment as instructed and not so as to injure or hurt others and will follow all directions of Paintball Raiders Marshalls.
• I will wear my protective headgear and mask at all times within any areas I am told to and whenever a game is played.
• I understand the game is played in all weather conditions.
• If I am in any doubt of my ability to play I will advise a member of staff before I enter a game.
• By paying the game fee I accept the disclaimer, I agree I have attended a safety briefing and fully understand the risks involved.
